A pilot is usually five. A full room-by-room trail is twelve to twenty.

Words per stop, roughly

About 150 words is a minute of narration. If you are unsure, count one paragraph of your existing label text and multiply.

Each language is produced separately, with its own ledger check.

Why an estimator and not a price list

The number lives in your material, not in our brochure

Two venues asking for "five stops" can be a week apart in work: one hands over typed curator essays with cleared rights, the other hands over four hours of unindexed cassette transcription and a rights question nobody has asked. The estimator above reads those differences out of your own answers and shows you which one moved the number.

It is deterministic. The same answers always give the same band, and you can see every step of the arithmetic.
